There is no payment contract!  We believe our excellent service and history of strong results speaks for itself.  Pay as you go!

Yes!  We offer pick up and/or drop off services to many towns near the center.  Please see our Pricing and Services page for more details, or contact us to arrange transportation.

We understand that sometimes schedules change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know.  To be considerate to our tutors,  please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, or if you reserve but don't attend, we'll need to charge for the session.

Yes!  If you can not make it to our center, we are happy to host online sessions over Zoom.  Our tutors are well verser in online teaching, including both the technology tools and techniques for keeping students fully engaged and attentive for the full session.

We understand that successful tutoring depends equally on communication skills and academic expertise.  That's why we select tutors based as much on their ability to connect with students as their subject area knowledge.  If the student-tutor rapport is missing, then we'll switch to a different tutor.

That's where the consultation comes in.  During your initial visit, we work closely with students and parents to understand your unique goals and circumstances.  From there, we'll conduct baseline testing, establish a learning plan aligned to the student's goals, and introduce a tutor.  At that point, we'll have a good idea of how many sessions are needed.  It's important to note that the exact number of sessions will largely depend on the progress the student makes over time. 

We pride ourselves on creating exceptional learning experiences and outcomes, which are best accomplished when tutor and student work closely together. For that reason, we currently offer 1:1 tutoring sessions only.

Every student is unique, and some require unique solutions.  We have teachers who are fully able to accommodate students with special needs.  Our tutoring center is wheel-chair accessible and includes natural-light rooms and an emotional support animal (when needed).  Please contact us to discuss an individualized learning plan or other customized learning solutions to fit your needs.
